Welcome to Sixty Moving Forward inspired by our CEO and Career Strategist

Dr. Myra Crouch is an accomplished leader in the early care and education field for 20 plus years with expertise to help educators make needed and sustainable change to improve quality in early care and education service. She brings a wealth of experience as an early childhood administrator, researcher, technical assistance provider and accomplished public speaker and author.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Crouch transitioned from private sector employment to entrepreneurship, founding EarlyEd Consulting & Strategy Group, LLC. She continues to collaborate with the early childhood education community. Inspired by her experiences, she is authoring a forthcoming book, Unemployed at 60, When Retirement is Not An Option: Ways to Survive Finding Your Next Gig. Additionally, she established a career consulting service, Sixty Moving Forward, to support others navigating similar professional transitions.
